- Remove your dentures at night to give rest to gums and to reduce pressure on the underlying tissues and bone or follow the removal procedure as directed by your dentist.
- Use special cleaning tablets to clean your dentures. Take recommendation from your dentist regarding this.
- Whenever you take out your dentures, keep them in water to prevent them from distorting and drying out.
- Avoid soaking or rinsing them in hot water.
- Be sure not use any hard or sharp instruments to clean build ups.
- Do keep them away from children and pets.
