Start with back teeth on the left side and work in a clockwise direction. Point the bristles towards the gums at an angle of 45-degrees. Brush in short circular motions for about 20 seconds.
After 20 seconds, roll the brush on the surface of the teeth and sweep away plaque and food residues.
Continue to brush in a clockwise direction and cover all the teeth in the mouth.
Change your grip and brush the back surfaces of the upper-front and lower-front teeth as these are commonly neglected areas. o this for a few times.
Brush the biting surface of the upper and lower rows of teeth. Use a circular motion to do this.
Gently brush your tongue and the inside part of your cheeks for about 30 seconds each.
Finally, finish your brushing routine by rinsing your mouth thoroughly with water or an effective mouthwash. Check your pearly whites in the mirror and reward yourself a bright smile to start the day cheerfully!
