Natural Cure for Sore throat
Prepare a solution of sodium peroxide, gargle with the solution and spit it out. It helps to kill the bacteria and prevent the spread of infection.
Honey, ground cloves and horseradish:
Mix one teaspoon of honey, one teaspoon of ground cloves and one tablespoon of horseradish in a glassful of warm water. Stir it well and sip it slowly and continue stirring as to prevent the settling of horseradish. Not recommended for kids.
Lemon, honey, salt and mustard:
Take a bowl, add 1 and half cups of boiling water, 2 teaspoon of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 tablespoon of salt and 2 tablespoon of mustard. Cover the bowl and allow the mixture to cool for about 15 minutes and then use it to gargle.
Gargle with Coco-Cola as it helps to loosen the phlegm due to the presence of carbonation.
Aunt Jemima Original Syrup:
Drink 2 teaspoon of this syrup as it helps to soothe and coat the irritated throat.
Drinking Gatorade as much as possible helps the body to rehydrate itself so that the body can naturally moisturize the throat.
Apple cider vinegar:
In a cup of warm water add 1 teaspoon of vinegar and mix it well. Use this mixture to gargle the sore throat, swish it and swallow.
Honey and whiskey:
Mix 4 tablespoon of honey and 4 tablespoon of whiskey and warm the mixture. Gargle with this solution and swallow it. Obviously, it is not recommended for kids.
Take 2 tablespoons of this syrup to soothe and coat the sore throat.
