There are many teeth whitening solutions which are available in the market. Some of them include medicines, gels, lotions, cleansers,which are used for the treatment. But, these are less safe and less effective and can lead to various other dental or oral problems. The safest treatment involves the use of the natural products and herbs.   1. Babul (Acacia arabica):

  2. Banyan (Ficus religiosa):

  3. Holy basil (or Ocimum sanctum):

  4. Margosa or Neem (Azadirachtha indica):

    This is a traditional herbal remedy which is used for various dental problems and helps to have white and healthy teeth. The plant twigs are used as toothbrushes, even today by several Indians. The oil of the plant contain antiseptic properties and astringent, which helps to kill microorganisms , prevent bad breath, combat dental cavities and caries.
