Generally teething does not cause fever. In case your baby gets fever during this time, immediatelt take your baby to the dentist. Fever is not a general symptom of baby teething and it may indicate some other illness your baby is suffering from.

You need to take your child immediately if he/she suffers from loss of appetite, vomiting and diarrhea at the time of teething. These conditions too are not the general symptom of teething and can be a symptom of other problems.
